CBIT is a private college, and I think it offers few seats through management quota, but I'm not sure, better clarify by checking the institute's website where you will find more details.

Is A.P ICET eligible for admission in CBIT for MBA? I've got state 341 rank in A.P ICET exam.

It is not eligible for the same. Only Telangana ICET exam can be given by those people or you can once check out the institute's profile.
