If you are sure of marketing opt for PGMD Marketing and if you are confused about specialisation then go for General PGDM explore other specialisations and decide in 2nd semester which field you want to get into.

We have a holistic admission process where we place equal emphasis on GD/PI process (100 Marks) and Entrance test score (100 Marks). Your score is good if you perform well in GD/PI you have fair chances of getting short listed for A

Hi Kushal,
PGDM programme is offered by the institutes that are recognised by AICTE while MMS is degree programme offered by university through colleges.
Admission in MMS course is governed by the CAP round and only MH-CET score (in case of Maharashtra) are accepted for the same. For PGDM course in addition to CET- CMAT,XAT,CAT,ATMA etc. test scores are accepted but it varies from one collage to another college.
Course curriculum of both course are different. For MMS course curriculum is decided by the University and for PGDM, college have authority to design course curriculum under the guidelines given by AICTE. PGDM courses are more in sync with current trends in business world.
Now, which one to go for depends upon the reputation of the institute and your personal choice (Location, Fee etc.). In the industry more or less both holds the same value if the institute is providing the course is same. In short choose and go by the reputation of the institute and not the name of the degree.
All the Best.
