[CSMSS] Chh. Shahu College Of engineering.
Placements: In our college, there has been a decrease in CSE placements compared to last year, while placements for mechanical and electrical engineering have increased. The average package offered is 3.6 lakh, and the top hiring companies include Siemens, Man Mental, Aurangabad Electronics, and ISIE India. The college provides internships for all students, with some even securing full-time jobs with a stipend ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 rupees per month. The roles offered are trainee engineer positions.
Infrastructure: There are two buildings on our campus, one for core branches and the other for non-core branches. The non-core branch building lacks color and receives less attention from the teachers compared to the core branch building. The library only has LAN connectivity, as Wi-Fi is not available. Despite that, the library is known for its peaceful and conducive environment. It's worth mentioning that our college only has a hostel for girls, while boys have the option of staying in private hostels or rented rooms outside the campus.
Faculty: Our Head of Department (HOD) and other teachers have been incredibly supportive and highly qualified, with two of them holding Ph.D. qualifications. However, the course offered by DBATU University, which is known for its outdated syllabus, needs improvement. Unlike other branches, mechanical engineering students are not required to maintain a minimum attendance of 75%. Additionally, the semester exams are relatively straightforward.
Other: The college festival name RHYTHM 2023 is fabulous.

Placements: Almost 70-80% of students get placed every year through campus placements in well-recognised companies including Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant, Hexaware, and BYJU's that offer good annual packages to the candidates in various job profiles. To prepare well for placements, faculty members always lend a helping hand by arranging seminars, internship programs and training for students.
Infrastructure: Hostel life is really good, and the quality of food available in the mess and canteen is good and frequently observed. Medical facilities are amazing because of the availability of the hospital on campus. Sports and games facilities are always available for the all-round development of students.
Faculty: The faculty members are a bit strict but helpful as well. They are always ready to help us. So, to be industry-ready, join this college. Labs are well-equipped. The teachers are ready to help all the time to make students ready for various technical competitions. They provide specially dedicated labs for various competitions where students can work day and night at their convenience.

The Struggle story of 6 years
Placements: Percentage of student placed is very minimum. Nearly 30% students get placement and the salary package offered are 1.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA, so it's best in terms of education and discipline but placement opportunities are less but college is remarkable in terms of R and D.
Infrastructure: All facilities provided by college are excellent. Barely there are some issues. College has numerous labs, students do projects in. Like, the faculties are good but have some ego issues but overall it's a very good college in terms of facilitations and canteen facilities.
Faculty: Actually the teaching quality is very inappropriate except some. Of the faculty many of them target students on personal perspectives. The semester exams are held very strict so it's good on that basis. The course content is affiliated under DBATU university and it's very careless.
Other: College is excellent In terms of campus life but everyone can't enjoy the campus life. The attendance criteria of 75 perfect does not get fulfilled.

Moreover, the atmosphere is very friendly, and the crowd is amazing.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are a bit strict, but they are very helpful as well. They are always ready to help to make students industry-ready. Laboratories are well-equipped, and teachers are also ready to help all the time to make students ready for various competitions where students can work day and night at their convenience.
Other: Overall, the institute offers the best in class facilities, student-centric work culture, placement drives, curricular and extracurricular activities that help in the overall personality development of students.

Excellent college in Marathwada in all aspects.
Placements: The training and placement cell is excellent and each year maximum student gets placed in MNCs like Mahindra, TCS, Wipro, Varroc, etc. Extra courses or facilities are available in the college for placement point of view like an aptitude training course, and it's totally free of cost.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. There is greenery in the campus. All technical and non-technical facilities are available in college like practical labs, sport, canteen, library, hostel, etc. A digital classroom is also available.
Faculty: The technical knowledge of the faculty is excellent. It makes the student industry-ready. The faculty and student ratio of college is 1:25 approximately. Faculty support each and every student in every aspect. Practical knowledge of each faculty is also good so students can get ready for the industry.
Other: Not only college focuses on theoretical knowledge but also focuses on practical knowledge of each and every student. Maximum students can participate in national event like go-kart, Tifan, BAJA, Robocon, etc. And all the budget for this event is provided or sponsored by college. Because of these technical events students can build their own knowledge and apply to Design and Manufacturing ATV in college. College also supports student startups through college incubation centres that provide back support for students.
