The minimum cutoff for MBA at Great Lakes Institute of Management (GLIM) for the 2023 batch has not been announced yet. The institute considers various factors while shortlisting candidates for the final round of selection, including academic performance, work experience, and performance in the entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, and GMAT.In the past, GLIM has set a cutoff score of around 90 percentile in CAT for shortlisting candidates for the final round of selection. However, this may vary from year to year based on the number of applicants and the overall profile of the applicants. It is essential to note that while academic performance and entrance exam scores are important, they are not the only factors considered during the selection process. GLIM also places significant emphasis on work experience, leadership potential, and other soft skills. Therefore, candidates with lower entrance exam scores but strong work experience and leadership potential may still be considered for admission. In summary, while there is no official minimum cutoff for MBA at GLIM for the 2023 batch, candidates should aim to score above 90 percentile in CAT or equivalent scores in other entrance exams to increase their chances of being shortlisted for the final round of selection. However, candidates should also focus on building a strong overall profile through work experience, leadership potential, and other soft skills to increase their chances of securing admission at GLIM.

For general candidates, LBSIM charges about 15 and a half lakh rupees in fees; for corporate students, the cost is approximately 20 and a half lakh rupees for a two-year program. Additional money will need to be paid by the student for dorms and other unforeseen expenses. Although it's not stated clearly, I think that the exposure to rural and foreign cultures that this institute provides for all of its students will also need to be covered by the student's own funds. Nevertheless, taking into account the nearly 100% student placement rate, internship opportunities, and a respectably high median compensation package, I believe that this expense is worthwhile, especially when taking future earning potential into account.
