HR in Christ is competitively not great as compared to other specialisations. The course structure and in terms of academics is good, but the placements process is slow at pace. Very few companies come and recruit HR students in Christ compared to other specialisations. But the few companies which come good ones like MTR, Sundaram Fasteners, Wipro, TCS, HUL etc. with an average package of 5.5 lpa.

I have scored 78.23 percentile in CMAT. What are the chances of getting a call for GD/PI (MBA in finance)?

There is no criteria for getting selected to Kengeri campus or city campus. Once you get selected during admissions, you shall be randomly placed into either of the campuses irrespective of any qualification and that would be a final call.

Finance is all related to numbers and analysing according to those numbers. Background is not an issue while opting for Finance. Christ teaches you all the basics and terms in the first trimester. If you can pick them up soon and have an inclination towards the subject, you can thrive very well in finance. Present batch has more than 40% non B.Com students who got placed in very good companies like Oracel, EY, KPMG etc. And you have enough time to decide on your specialisation i.e. till the end of second trimester. So, you can check how compatible you are with finance and then decide on it.
