Decent placements offered.

Placements: About 50% of students usually get placed in every batch among the top companies like TCS, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, etc. About 20% students are currently working as interns and this number may increase in upcoming days. They got roles like Product manager, Plant maintenance, Data Science engineering, etc.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, laboratory, Library, Gym, Sports area like facilities are available in our campus. Talking about the food quality, ne must say it is below average. The canteen facility is good. The medical and sports facilities are decent. This is not a sports centric institute. If you are looking for a sports centric institute, then this is not for you.

Faculty: The faculty members are well qualified and helpful. The course curriculum needs improvement in order to make students industry ready. The semester exams are neither difficult nor easy. Have to score 30% to get passed. The examination pattern is according to BPUT (BIJU PATTNAIK UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY).

Other: I was in a hurry for getting a seat, so I chose this course. The campus life could have been better. The scholarship facility is very good.

I am satisfied with faculty members and their support.

Placements: About 50% of the students got placed from our college. The rest 50% of the students didn't get any opportunity. The campus provides software-based jobs but not core-based jobs. The highest salary package of 12 LPA was offered by Jaro Education campus drive.

Infrastructure: Different types of facilities are available on this campus like extracurricular activities, sports and infrastructure, which are quite good. The work is also in progress for new infrastructure. It is a Wi-Fi enabled campus, and labs are average. Classrooms are also average.

Faculty: Teachers here are quite helpful to every student and also good qualified in every section or every department of the branch. Every lecturer also has a well-knowledgeable capability. This course curriculum is relevant to every student, and it makes them industry-ready.

Other: My batch contains the year of 2017 to 2020 lateral entry students of electrical engineering. I have interested in electricity, so I have chosen this branch.

Dissatisfaction and Disappointing.

Placements: None of the students from my batch has been selected for the placement till now. The highest salary is only 22000/- and the lowest salary is 6000/- average salary is 15000/- only. The top recruiting company is ESPTL of my course. Top role offered to us is mostly Software Developer. The highest package is 2.6/- LPA and the lowest package is 72000/-PA and the average package offered to us is 1.8/- LPA. Only 1% of students got internship from our course in ESPTL.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our department or course are: Classrooms, Library, Canteen, Wi-Fi, Football Court, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Hostel facilities and Bank Facility also available. The quality of hostel conditions are not good and the quality of food is also not good but also not the worst. Medical Facilities are also not good at the time is lived there. But when we see the conditions of sport facilities then it will be just okay.

Faculty: When we talk about the teacher most of the teachers are not much educated, when we ask about any doubt they are not able to answer a single question also. Teaching Facilities are good but teachers are not using it. No, it doesn't make the students industry-ready.

Other: I choose this course because that was my last option. There nothing interesting about our course. There are many things in our course that can be improved just like teaching style, teachers, practical knowledge, etc. Fest, Events, Scholarship, Extra-curricular Activities are organized by our college.

The only thing that would remain forever with this college is its good location.

Placements: The placements are decent. Don't expect much, earlier, it had a good reputation for placements, but gradually, the graph is going down. If you opt CS/IT, don't worry, you will get plenty of opportunities in the campus drives than the core branches.

Infrastructure: Coming to infrastructure, it has a large campus, but arrangement and planning of building are lacking. Labs are not so well-equipped with machines but are decent compared to other colleges, Wi-Fi is open only during joining of new batches, the canteen is average don't expect burger, pizza but for general lunch and breakfast, it is okay.

Faculty: Earlier, CEB was known for its good faculty members, but god knows why they are quitting, but still, there are some good teachers who have a genuine concern for their students. About industrial exposure, I would say it is given in plants like OPTCL but on the constant reminder of students.

Other: Earlier, there used to be a lot of chaos and fights on the campus during events, but nowadays, it is not seen much. Fest is also conducted with decorum.
