COEP Pune admission process is completely entrance-examination based. Scores obtained in the entrance exams determine the final selection of the candidates. So, candidates cannot get direct admissions. However, there are some exceptions for certain courses and categories. For example, candidates who have completed a 3-year engineering Diploma can apply for direct second year admission to B.Tech courses through a lateral entry entrance exam. Similarly, candidates who have completed 10th standard can apply for integrated B.Tech courses through an online application form. You can check the official website of COEP Pune for more details and updates on the admission process.
