Yes, you can get admission in COEP or VJTI through ladies quota, but you cannot get ECE or CSE in these colleges. You must have compromise with your branch, if you want to take admission in these colleges.

For that you have to score minimum of 150+ marks only then you will be able to get admission in both of these colleges otherwise you won't be able to get into this college.

Yes, topline companies come to COEP during placements season, and you will definitely get good package. But presently concentrate on studies and getting good marks besides understanding the subjects.

For direct second year admission in COEP, you need at least 90% score in your Diploma course.
But, there are also other good colleges, you can get admission in.
All the best.

Unfortunately there is no seat for direct second year admission at present but if some seat will remain vacant there is some possibility.

For getting admission in COEP, your percentile should be above 90. Now, as I calculated your percentile, it is 46.79. Sorry, you will not get admission in COEP.
But you can get other good engineering colleges.
Fill options for all the colleges, even COEP, preference wise. Do not lose hope, you will definitely get good college.
