Yes, you can get admission in COEP for direct second year in the respective branch if you have done diploma and when your marks are above 90%.

I think if you wait for second round then you can get but for surety go through cutoffs of last year and ask your friends or their friends if they got COEP.

Not getting your question. But, the thing is, if your college is not decided, then search for colleges offering instrumentation course, which are less. COEP, VIT, Cummins etc. I know.
