CT Educational Society established CT Institute of Engineering, Management & Technology, Jalandhar (CTIEMT) in 2004 with the prime focus to create leading research and development facilities in the field of Engineering, Technology & Management. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. The institute currently offers eight UG programmes in engineering and four PG programmes in the field of Engineering, Management & Computer Applications. It currently has 10 departments. The university has an active placement cell and good infrastructure, making it an overall good option for students to take admission in.

However, the college may extend the application deadlines basis the availability of the seats. The total seats offered for BTech is approx. 60 per specialisation at CTIT Jalandhar. No, the admissions for CT Institute of Engineering, Management and Technology require students to clear different entrance level exams along with clearing class 12th or graduation with the minimum required marks. The institute offers BTech programmes at the UG level and M.Tech, MBA and MCA programmes at PG levels. Admission to the B.Tech programme is done on the basis of JEE Main score. Further, admission to MBA and MCA programmes is done on the basis of the MET PTU entrance exam. Students are required to not only appear for these exams but also clear them with the minimum required percentage.
