While it aspires to have high placement rates CT Institute of Hospitality Management cannot promise 100% placement. The institute maintains a special placement cell that actively seeks out opportunities for students through its connections to top resorts hotels and hospitality businesses. Achieving 100% placement however is dependent on a number of variables, such as the state of the market each students performance and readiness level. Variations in student abilities, the hospitality industry's competitiveness and recruitment disruptions caused by economic fluctuations are among the reasons why full placement isn't achieved. Despite this a large number of the institute's graduates have landed jobs at respectable establishments like the Taj Group Oberoi Hotels and ITC Hotels. Employability is greatly increased by the institute's emphasis on hands on training, internships and industry interactions.
