You can apply with your credentials in different colleges and universities. You have to check the application details and in colleges, admission are given on the basis of either entrance or Merit basis.

I would suggest you opt for ENTC as VIT is far better than Cummins College and also the study culture there is not so good, but in VIT, all the things are good.

I heard that the placement drives conducted for IT and computer is good but for mechanical and other branches the companies are less interested in PCCOE.
So I think you should go for Cummins Pune because it is best and has better opportunities
