The placement scenario of Datta Meghe College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai, is pretty good with a fair number of students getting placed in good companies. As far as year 2023 placement season is concerned, the placement of approximately 221 students was done with an average package of nearly INR 5 LPA. The highest salary package offered was INR 10 LPA. The placement cell of the college has the network of more than 50 recruiters which includes top companies such as Reliance Jio, Capgemini, Godrej, LTI, Tech Mahindra, etc.The Placement cell also provides numerous other support services such as industrial visits, organizing guest lectures, and conducting training in soft skills for the students to improve their probability of getting good placements.Slight placement percentage has taken a discussion as well, and it shows a marked decline of late. Yet, it remains a course option for a number of students, especially in respect of the branches with the highest demand such as Computer Science.
