No, DCAC does not offer any course as such. But if you are looking for something in communication, then it offers B.A Journalism (H).
*The cut-offs vary from category to category. They will be different for the General category, OBC, SC/ST.
* The trend of this course last year was as follows :
1. In the first cut off list, the cut off of this course for the general category was 98.5%. For OBC/SC/ST it ranged from 95%-96%.
2. In the fifth list, it was 94.75% for the general category.
3. Total 10 lists were released. The last cutoff for this course was 93.50% in the 9th list for the general category. The seats were full after 9th list hence no cut off was released in the last i.e. 10th list.
* You can analyze the trend from the above and look into the lists of other colleges of DU as well.

Also, DCAC is one of the top colleges for Journalism so it will be tough for you. You can try for other colleges of DU, and that too can happen ONLY when you have some quota like that of OBC/SC/ST etc.
You can't get admission in any college of DU with 60% if you are from General category. Something can happen only if you have some reservation/quota.
All the best!
