Delhi School of Economics MA admission 2023 will be conducted through the Common Seat Allocation System Portal (CSAS PG) by Delhi University based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG) scores. CUET PG 2023 applications are open and the last date to apply is April 19, 2023. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website – cuet.nta.nic.in. CUET PG 2023 exam will be held from June 1 to June 10, 2023.Registrations for DSE MA Economics admission 2023 will begin after CUET PG result declaration of the official website – admission.uod.ac.in. As per the DU admission policy, 50% seats will be reserved for DU students, while admission to the 50% seats will be provided through CUET.Admission to the course is done on the basis of the candidate's performance in the past qualifying exam and entrance exam.Only the candidates who have qualified the entrance exam are eligible to apply for Merit seats. The entrance exam will contain objective type questions and there will be negative marking for wrong answers. The exam will evaluate candidates on the basis of microeconomic theory, macroeconomic theory, mathematical techniques and probability, statistics & elementary econometricsStudents applying for MA Economics should score 40% (General Category), 36% (OBC) and 20% (SC/ST) in the entrance exam to qualifySeparate merit lists will be put up for the reserved and general categories to be admitted through the Entrance Test and through Direct Admissions.The admission of students to the course will be provisional and will be confirmed by the Admission Committee of the University only after verification of the original certificates.

Delhi School of Economics (DSE) admission to all the courses, i.e., undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, is entrance-based. While this DU-affiliated college accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, admission to all the postgraduate courses is subject to the CUET- PG exam starting admission 2023. Delhi School of Economics (DSE) along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 and the CUET PG from 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to undergraduate was based on merit in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU.

Candidates can check the step-by-step application process for BA and MA courses at Delhi School of Economics (DSE) DU UG and PG CSAS registration mentioned below:Step 1: Visit the official CSAS portal of DU (UG or PG depending on the course level a student is seeking to get into) and register as a new user. Step 2: Fill out the preference of Delhi School of Economics (DSE) and course combinations. This portal will be used until the admission process of the candidate is not completed. Step 3: There is a one-time CSAS UG and CUET PG-2024 application fee that students are required to pay to get into any DU affiliated college, such as Delhi School of Economics (DSE). This fee is non-refundable.
