Can I get admission in IIT, Delhi if I have 64% in 10th, 50% in 12th, 70% in B.Tech and 85% in CAT?

To be frank your SI score will be very low with these marks. IIT, Delhi takes into consideration all the marks and extra-curricular. Students even with good CAT score don't make it to next stage if SI score is low. So as per my understanding,

To be frank your SI score will be very low with these marks. IIT, Delhi takes into consideration all the marks and extra-curricular. Students even with good CAT score don't make it to next stage if SI score is low. So as per my understanding, it is very difficult to get in even 1st stage of the process with these marks if you are a general category student.

You have good chances to get a call from DMS IIT Delhi as sectional cut off is not considered here. Do apply for both the courses general management and telecom management. Good luck and prepare well.

A minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or 6.00 CGPA on a 10 point scale or equivalent in the qualifying degree.
So you are definitely eligible for applying. Along with this, you need to score at least 90 percentile to apply. To be the final covert you have to score around 98 in CAT. Also, do mention the extra-curricular activities you have participated in. They do consider it.
