I'm getting Deshbandhu College for B.Com, should I go for it or wait for the 3rd list? I have 94.5% in 12th.

I think you shouldn't wait for the 3rd list, because Deshbandhu is not that much bad or low standard college, Go for it, and if you want to change the college so you can do it after 1st year in Deshbandhu by migration process. To get admission
