Aspirants must pass Class 12 with PCM as compulsory subjects with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) to apply for Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics and Civil Engineering courses.

Candidates must pass Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) to apply for BTech Dairy Technology. The aggregate is 55% (50% for reserved category) for all other specialisations.

Dev Bhoomi School of Engineering and Computing admission to BTech programme is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Aspirants must complete a minimum of Class 12 in relevant subjects with aggregate ranging between 45% and 55% can apply for admissions. Aspirants with CUET or JEE Main score can apply for Merit Scholarship available for students. Once selected, candidates need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the school.

Inorder to be accepted by the Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology, the candidate must have scored 50 and above. He or she must have a valid score and rank in JEE or UKSEE or state government recognised entrance exams for B.Tech.  For B.Tech lateral entry there is no entrance exam but they should hold a Diploma in engineering or BSc in Mathematics. 

Eligible Candidates need to have a valid score In GATE for M.Tech or PG. The final students to be selected will be based on a written test, GDPI, academic merit, work experience and score in applicable exams.
