Dev Samaj College for Girls has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: CoursesEligibilityB.A.Candidate who has been placed under compartment or allowed to re-appear in one subject only in 10+2 or equivalent examination obtaining at least 33% marks in the aggregate respectively, may be allowed to study provisionally for the B.A. (General) I Semester Class. Such a candidate shall be allowed to clear the compartment/ reappear subject before commencement of the examination of 1st semester.B.ComCandidates who have passed 10+2 in Non-Commerce (Arts and Science) are required to obtain mentioned aggregate.
Candidates who have passed 10+2 in Commerce are required to obtain 40% marks with English as one of the subjects.
A candidate who has been placed under compartment or allowed to re-appear in one subject only in 10+2 or equivalent examination obtaining at least 40% marks in the aggregate in Commerce Group or 50% marks in Non-Commerce Group (Humanities & Science), may be allowed to read provisionally for the B.Com. 1st Semester class.
