    Best college for future Filmmakers.
Placements: Our batch includes 80 students, and our course is film television and new media production, which means filmmaking. Our college also has many placements, such as Red Chillies, Dharma Productions, BBC, and many more. We are going to get interviews soon in the production house.
Infrastructure: The faculty members are so friendly and so overwhelming; they are so knowledgeable and they don't miss any chance to entertain us They have also worked in many films and in film festivals and the infrastructure is out of the box; it's a studio, IT lab, a color grading lab, sound lab, etc.
Faculty: The course is so curriculum relevant because it teaches us how to be the best filmmaker, and there is a lot of competition in today's time, so the course doesn't hesitate to teach us any new lessons or to update us till the date; it's full of knowledge, and it's so amazing.
Other: The best thing about my course is to be in a film industry that I'm in the film industry. In today's time, it's impossible to fit in this industry because there is so much competition.

Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure. It has a sound lab, a shooting studio, a production room, an IT lab equipped with Apple Macs, and many more. The canteen has good quality food. M facilities are also up to the mark. Sports and games are good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and understanding. Their teaching is never boring. We do activities during some of the classes. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students ready for the industry.
Other: I chose this course to be a graphic designer. The best thing about our course is that we are not restricted to choosing only one course. We can do two courses at a time like if we take graphic design, we can also take a music production course. I am doing a degree in mass media. Our college also helps you get exposure through the various events we participate in.

I am very satisfied with the teaching approach.
Placements: Many students from our batch enrolled in the training and placement program from the college and got internships in some good companies.
Infrastructure: My course is one of the rarest in Mumbai and DGMC offering it is truly a boon to me. The infrastructure here is top notch, from library to sound studio, colour grading lab and also green room, this college doesn't quite lack anything and gives the best to the students.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and make you prepare for the corporate world. The curriculum is extremely good and resonates very much with the type of career you want to pursue in the future. The college challenges students to perform their best on exams and internal assignments. It makes students well prepared for their subjects.
Other: The college witnesses a diverse crowd visiting here every academic year. We organise various fests and also film festivals that reach international levels. Apart from that, we have cultural clubs and clubs associated with films, community services, advertising, photography, and journalism.

Excellent Institute and well equipped with necessary infrastructure along with amazing faculties
Placements: DGMC has a seperate placement cell which is dedicated to provide best offers to it's students. The institute has a training and placement cell also known as (TAP) through which even a lot of UG students were able to get internships which I think is exceptional.
Infrastructure: DGMC has one of a kind infrastructure, any media enthusiast will be in awe of it. The IT lab is equipped with Apple Macs, the institute has a sound lab, colour grading lab, production room, a shooting studio and many more facilities which provide a complete learning experience.
Faculty: The institute has best of the faculty members, they are helpful and cooperating. The lectures are interactive and are delivered in the best way possible. DGMC ensures that every student is industry ready not only through the means of academia but also extra curriculum. The faculty members are always supportive and ensure that the learning process is understandable and comfortable for all. I would like to add something about the head of the institute, Dr. Amee Vora, our principal takes extra efforts in order to interact with the students and understand their requirements. She encourages everyone to perform with the best of their abilities not in academics but curriculum as well.
Other: The college has massive media festivals which are Media I. C. E Age (I. C. E meaning Information, Communication and Entertainment) along with international film festival Cinevoyage which received over 1400 entries from 100 countries. Media I. C. E Age is the celebration of the presence of media and it's impact on our lives. The festival includes a series of panels, conclaves, fireside chats, workshops, events and a special section called Changemakers. This year the festival also took a CSR initiative know as Environment Conscious Section (ECS) because we believe that there is no other medium better than media to spread more knowledge and awareness about the importance of being Environment Conscious.

Review of Deviprasad Goenka Management College of Media Studies.
Placements: Management and faculty members are very poor except 2-3. There is no placement facility, so you have to find jobs on your own. Nothing is good about the college except for its infrastructure. Very few percentages of students got internships. None of the companies is recruiting students from the college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good. Everything is available for students, like computer labs, sound recording labs, library, etc. The college is fully air-conditioned, and the facilities are good. The hostel is good with all facilities. The food is satisfactory in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified, but everyone is not knowledgeable and had a good vision. The teaching quality is average. The course is quite good if it is done well, but it doesn't make students industry-ready as practicals available are very few.
Other: I have chosen this course because it is the only course available for filmmaking at Mumbai University. The best thing about the course is the in-depth talking about films. More practical activities should have been added to make the course better.

The principal here is like a dictator.
Placements: Students here don't get any placements, and even the last years batch didn't get any placements from college. You can go out and get a lot of jobs easily as there are a good amount of open spots in the entertainment industry. Companies like Netflix and Amazon Prime are hiring a lot of people recently to make web series and TV shows for them.
Infrastructure: The college has an IT lab with a lot of bad computers. There is a studio which we never get to use, but it is mainly used to attract new admissions. The college has a turf which we get to use only 2 hours in a whole week, and there is a bad gym. Canteen is the worse, but the classrooms are good. There are no film cameras, but still, it's a film school. They also have a sound lab which is never used once.
Faculty: Our college has only 2-3 good teachers for the last 2 years, but they haven't taught anything about film making. Faculty members don't support students who are trying their best to pay their fees while working so that they can get a degree and help their families at the same time. The principal does not support students in the future.
