It is right that your Marks of all three years are taken into consideration in your MBA selection, because the criteria of selection in MBA is a minimum of 50%, and then you have to clear the cutoff of the following entrance and then group discussion and personal interview is going on in top b college like IIM , SP Jain, Jamnalal Bajaj, etc college. So, you don't have to be Panic for much more percentage just take 50% and clear all the round of procedure and take your admission in your interested college. I hope you get your desired answer

1. Photocopy of the mark sheet of qualifying examination attested by a Gazetted Officer.
2. Prescribed Registration Fee; Registration Fee can be paid in cash at the Admission Office or by DD in favor of the respective institution.
Admission notices will be sent to the selected candidates intimating the dates on which they should report at the Admission Office with the following Original Certificates and remit the prescribed fees in full.
If any candidate is found to have secured admission by fraudulent methods like presentation of forged certificates, documents, mark sheet, cheque, bank drafts etc., he/she will be dismissed from the college at any time during the course and will forfeit the fees paid already.
Mark sheet of the qualifying examination and Pass Certificate.
Migration Certificate.
Conduct Certificate.
4 recent Passport size color photographs.
Any other document required.
All students including Foreign Nationals and NRIs seeking admission to any course should attach a photocopy of the mark sheet of qualifying examination and proof of age, duly attested, along with the Application. The candidate should produce authentic Certificate indicating the corresponding marks for each grade in the mark sheet.
Applications, which are incomplete or not accompanied by the prescribed documents and Registration fee, are liable to be rejected.

If you are comparing among the two, go with ABS without an iota of doubt as there are much more opportunities and of course a heavy weight to Deewan Institute of Business Management.
