Yes, they can. All graduations are accepted as basic requirement for PG Diploma in Mass Comm. The PG Diploma can be done any anyone who has a Bachelor Degree. The qualification you have already earned are supporting your claim to be a good learner, but are in no way an issue in doing the PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication which is a one year course.

You are eligible to take admission in any other graduation degree based on your 10+2 records. However, you are not eligible for admission in any degree or diploma where eligibility criteria is graduation degree until you clear your backlog.
