Hi friend,
Master's degree is not required for B.Ed. Bachelor's degree is enough for this. So, you can be eligible to do so.

As there are many private universities and colleges which do not have upper age of taking admission, so definitely you are eligible for taking an admission.

Yes, you can do B.Ed because academic qualification for B.Ed. is at least 50% marks in Bachelors degree.
