What do you mean by Purchase? Purchasing a degree is not a legal way, I would recommend if you are doing Computer science engineering and want to do Law degree course also then go on legal way else you can't be successful with your fake degree

Yes, you can do LLB. You are eligible for a 3 year LLB course for which, you may opt any private institute or you can appear into entrance exam in DU.

As per the rules of Bar Council of India (BCI), one cannot pursue a LLB course through distance/correspondence/online modes. Only a person who has done a full time LLB is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India.
There are colleges, which promise to allow students to complete their LLB course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal and one should not fall for such traps.
Moreover, regarding certain colleges offering innovative degrees in law (which are not eligible for practice in law) may not be recognised by UGC.

You can't apply for LLB as the minimum percentage required in graduation is 40% and below this, you are ineligible for purpose of admission anywhere.
