If you fulfill the eligibility criteria, only then you are eligible for the admission process.

It depends on colleges. IIHM fee is Rs 6 lakh for the whole course while UEI have a fee structure of Rs 3.18 lakh. Most of colleges have there fee under Rs 4 lakhs. So it depends on college. Some colleges provide scholarships too.
