In terms of placement KIET is better for B.Tech in computer science. KIET has highly qualified faculty and well-equipped labs and library. KIET is the best college in AKTU in terms of faculty as well as placements.

I am not completely aware of NIEC but for placements I think every private college in IPU has almost same ranking .Placements are something that depends on your hard work and skills.If you want a good placements then off-campus is best.Further

You should choose mechanical from Northern India Engineering College because it has wider opportunities.
The college has an internal society of mechanical students, which actively participates in competitions.

The Candidate must have qualified in the GGSIPU CET-2017 exam with three-years diploma (completed) in any of the following branches of Engg./Technology with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate* from any recognized Diploma awarding institute/university/board recognized by AICTE:- Computer Engg; Automobile Engg; Chemical Engg, Civil Engg, Construction Engg, Electrical Engg, Electronics & Communication Engg, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, Mechanical Engg., Maintenance Engg., Plastic Engg., Printing Technology, Production Engg., Public Health & Environmental Engg., Tool & Die Making.
Note: Candidates with Diploma in Architecture are not eligible for lateral entry to Engineering / Technology degree programme.

*One should have the minimum percentage required in eligibility qualification of current year (in which student is seeking migration) .
*Student has to submit Migration certificate and Character certificate from head of present institute / university from which he/she is migrating.
*Mapping of transcripts is done and for this one has to pay mapping charges . If this goes well and there are no issues in mapping , one can join the university.
*After joining he supposed to spend 2 or more years in university.
