At Dr D. Y. At DYPBBI, we celebrate a college fest called as cytosol which lasts for around 4-5 days in which we have Bollywood day, traditional day, western day, Main event, Mismatch day. Also the sports event is organised where both indoor and outdoor sports competitions are organised and students talent is encouraged.

At DYPBBI, they have well-equipped labs for teaching and performing course practicals along with that they have some research labs like Microbial Diversity Research Centre, Cancer And Translational Research lab where professors carry out their research projects and students get opportunity to work there during summer break as they gave 2 months holidays for doing an internship.
