First you must have a B.Arch degree with minimum aggregate of 50% from a UGC approved university. You have a valid score in GATE, MAH-M-ARCH CET, PET CET .If you are selected by your entrance score you must attend personal interview in the college. There are 20 seats intake for MArch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to enroll in Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Architecture for B.Arch without taking the NATA exam. To be eligible for admission to the B.Arch program, you must pass either the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE Paper II. The college strictly requires these exams and does not offer direct admission without them.

Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture has a average placement record for B.Arch students. Approximately 50 to 60% students are placed every year. The median package offered to UG students stood at INR 3 LPA, while PG students received a median package of INR 7 LPA.
