A short happy life of success.
Placements: The university is a government college, so it does not offer any placements. However, some institutes visit the college to assist us in getting placements and provide future guidance. The placement facility should be improved more for the better future of the students. The university organizes events and seminar programs to help students understand what they need to do to grow in the future.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at my college is good. It has a good auditorium, a big sports field, and well-equipped labs. There is also a canteen and a library on campus. But the best thing about the infrastructure is that it provides a good study environment for the students. In addition, the college has NCC and NSS units on campus for student participation.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and friendly in nature. Their teaching quality is 100% good and they easily communicate. The course curriculum is relevant. It is a mixture of mathematical as well as theoretical subjects. The students are industry-ready.

Review of Dr. Pitambar Datt Barthwal Himalaya Government PG Degree College.
Placements: There is no placement cell in our college and no one gets placed, even though we do not have any internship cells. There was no package offered here. No company visited here for placement. Also, I feel discipline is lacking in this college because rarely do students attend classes.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi, there is only a library, classrooms need renovation, there is no mess, only a canteen, no medical facility, there is only a basketball court and not many sports are played here. Yes, there is NCC at this college. Other than that, there are no such societies for sports and other activities.
Faculty: Some teachers are really helpful and qualified. The teaching quality was very good but some teachers were very arrogant. I am pursuing a B.Com. from this college and it is very relevant to the realistic world. Yes, I feel it makes students industry-ready. The only problem is that they don't teach us practical knowledge, which snatches our ability to get job opportunities. The semester exams are very easy and the pass percentage was 90%.
Other: Basically, I am a commerce student so I wanted to do a B.Com. B.Com. helps commerce students a lot by teaching us business lawns, cost accounting, and many other aspects of business. More focus on practical knowledge could have improved this course. No fests are organized in this college; only cultural events are organized here. Also, there are no societies.

Good Experience, Good People.
Placements: There are no placement facilities in our college right now, but I believe soon the college will provide us with a placement cell and internship opportunities. Currently, there is no placement cell, so there are no highest or lowest packages. No companies have visited our college, and as there is no internship cell, students haven't had any internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility in our college. The infrastructure is good, and the classrooms are very good. The library has a large collection of books. There is no hostel facility at present, but we do have a canteen, and the food there is decent. Additionally, there are sports facilities in our college.
Faculty: The teachers of my B.A. department are really helpful and cooperative with the students. They are very qualified and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is great. The course curriculum is relevant and prepares us for the real world. The semester exams are really easy, and the pass percentage is more than 90%.
Other: I was interested in economics, so I chose the B.A. Economics course and I am fully satisfied with my decision. I was preparing for a government job, so I chose this college as there is no issue with attendance. There are some things that could be improved in our college, such as the lack of large fests; only cultural fests are organized, and the infrastructure could be better. The crowd is very good, but only cultural fests are organized, and there are no societies.

Dissatisfied of organised teacher holidays, great choice for students from weaker section.
Placements: Placed Students - No one in my course B.Sc. (ZBC). No package is offered in UG; in PG courses, placements take place. In UG courses, only students in biotechnology get placements, and that too, only Patanjali and some local companies come to the college campus.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not present throughout the campus; only in some areas, Wi-Fi is available. Labs are present and functional for all subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Maths, etc.). Classrooms were not very nice to look at. Libraries are functional, and you can find old books there, which have outdated courses; a few books were worth issuing. You get a library card so that you can issue books. Hostels have not been functional for a long time. The canteen is present but not too good; you get fast food and ordinary food, nothing fancy. There are no medical facilities. Sports and games are promoted well in college, so that is a good thing. Tournaments also take place.
Faculty: It's not a very well-known government college, so you can't expect much. Teachers were helpful and qualified. Teaching quality was not up to the mark as teachers do not get proper time to complete the course due to holidays and extra activities. Course curriculum is relevant. Yes, it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are not too difficult in UG courses, but the syllabus is a waste for PG course students.
Other: I chose it because I was interested in botany, and the college was affiliated with Sri Dev Suman University. Also, the college was in my town, so it was near my home. I think the college infrastructure would be much better. Events take place on campus every year. The campus is crowded, and selections also take place at the college. Scholarships are not provided by the college.

Our college provides good faculty members.
Placements: Many students got placed according to the merit system. The criteria of merit selection were based on percentage. Almost 80% of students got placed in our course. Top companies visited our college to hire students.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were well-developed. Laboratory had every possible equipment which was necessary for students. Smart classrooms were also available for students so that they can easily understand the topics. Library was helpful with all the important books. Games are conducted every year and students play in every category.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and punctual. They were always eager to solve any problem. They were active and always helped us in our studies. Classes were held without any disturbance. Semester exams were conducted very well. Exams were easy, and the pass percentage was 70-80%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. Our campus crowd was normal. Extracurricular activities were held in this college. Our campus environment was good for studies. Many students got scholarships in our course.
