As far as I am aware, yes, you have to give GD/PI.

You need to have a higher score. The CET score needs to be higher than 80%.

Your score is quite low. But if you perform well in the GD/PI rounds, you might have a chance. Moreover, if you have a work experience, it would be an add-on.

To be very honest, the score is quite low but if you are good at your communication skills and are confident enough in your GD-PI and have somewhat consistent marks throughout your academics, you will get in. Also a work experience would help
