Placements: First-year college is very good for everyone. Placement are not very good, but they are quite good for other college. In this college last year, the highest package was 8 to 9 LPA something and the average package is 3 to 4 LPA something. In this, some good company come to my college like Wipro TCS, etc.

Placements: The placement offered to mechanical engineers is a very bad scenario. They offer jobs that are related to the CSE branch, not to the mechanical branch. No internship is provided. The highest package is 3 LPA for mechanical engineering students.

Placements: Our college, Durgapur Institute of Advanced Technology and Management , has an above-average placement rate. The percentage of students who were placed in our course is approximately 70%. The highest package is something 7 LPA and the lowest package is something 3 LPA in top companies like Amazon, TCS, Capgemini, etc.

Our college offers a pre-placement program and helps students develop the skills needed to work for these companies.

I think BCA got the highest salary. The salary packages are good and value for money. The college is supportive and had to help staff.

Around 40% to 45% of the students got placements, including off-campus placements. For the rest branches, it is average. The top recruiting company of our college is Tata Consultancy Services. The top role offered to the students is an assistant system engineer. I think one or two students or no one got an internship.
