My knowledge cutoff is in September 2021, and I don't have access to real-time information. However, based on my general knowledge, Dyal Singh College is affiliated with the University of Delhi. As of my last update, the University of Delhi does not conduct a Common Undergraduate Entrance Test CUET for admission to M.Sc. (Master of Science) programs. The admission to M.Sc. Programs in the University of Delhi is generally based on merit or entrance examinations conducted by the respective departments or faculty members. To obtain the most accurate and up-to-date information, I recommend visiting the official website of Dyal Singh College or the University of Delhi's admission portal, or contacting the college directly. They will provide you with the most reliable and current information regarding the admission requirements for the M.Sc. Programme and whether the CUET exam is mandatory.

In Dyal Singh College, the CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) is calculated by adding the grade points obtained in each course and dividing the sum by the total number of credit hours of all the courses. The formula for calculating CGPA is as follows:
CGPA = Sum of (Grade Point x Credit Hours) / Total Credit Hours
Here, the Grade Point is obtained on a scale of 10, and the credit hours assigned to each course depend on the number of hours of instruction per week. The final CGPA is then reported on a scale of 10.
