Hi Upendra, ISRO yearly recruits fresh graduates with B.E. / B.Tech. Through its central recruitment system called ICRB (ISRO Central Recruitment Board) in various stream namely Mechanical, Civil, Electronics and Computer Science. Candidates with aggregate of more than 65% marks are eligible for the job. Applicants are required to take a written exam consisting of 80 multiple choice questions related to your stream. On the basis of this exam, the selected applicants are then called for an interview which decides the final selection of candidates for the post of Scientist/ Engineer SC. You can seek admission into IIST in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala which is one of the finest space Science institute in India and after graduating from there you will be probably get a job in ISRO or maybe some other space research organisation. To get into IIST, you must be able to qualify JEE ADVANCE, nonetheless admission criteria is based upon JEE Mains. As far as I know, you must be able to secure a rank under 5000 in Mains to get admitted there. Then an admission form is needed to be filled after the ADVANCED examination which you will find in IIST website. You'll be given two choices of branch for your B.Tech study namely avionics and aerospace engineering and even a number of M. S courses regarding astrophysics, etc. Are offered over there.

However, if your intention is for lateral admission then you will have to go through matrix of eligibility versus possible branches of engineering, available on website of DTE of Tech Edu Maharashtra.
