If you are seeking admission after Diploma then you should have first class to get direct second year admission in engineering. After 12th the criteria will depend on your CET score as well as your 12th PCM marks which should be 45%. Out of 200 in CET, your score should be more than 150 to get admission in Mumbai engineering colleges. In other universities you can get admission with 90-100 CET score.

In my opinion, 85% JEE score will be a good score to get admission to good colleges. If you want to get admission to the best college then campushunt will help you to get the best college for your higher studies. In suggesting SJB INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY college for your higher studies. Generic eligibility criteria for engineering at SJB INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY or any of the colleges for that matter is that students should have passed +2 with Physics Chemistry and Biology or Computer Science as compulsory subjects from any recognised board. In my opinion, SJB INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY is one of the top engineering colleges in India. SJB INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY provides modern classrooms and good placements for students. List of best engineering colleges in India :
SJB INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
Presidency College of Engineering
East Point College of Engineering and Technology.

Hello Priyesh,
The concession is given only to the tune of 10% and you have scored less than required. Hence you are not eligible for admission in any of the NITs or CFTIs which are government colleges.

Hello Ajay,
You have good marks in NIOS board. But, you have scored less marks in JEE Mains. These days OBC students are scoring quite well in exams. Hence, I feel you have low chances of getting admission.

Hello Hilol,
With less than 30% marks in JEE Mains, just think if you would have got these marks in 12th what would have happened? Any government college gets students in drives and this pushes up the cut-offs. It's not possible with these mark
