Review of Faculty of Law, University of Calcutta.

Placements: There is a centralised placement cell for all the students under the university which isn't much helpful in facilitating the placements for students of law. In the previous year, a placement cell (IIPC) has been initiated and it was able to achieve placements in PWC for 10 students.

Good infrastructure but lack of placements.

Placements: As such the college does not have any provisions regarding campus interviewing and does not provide job opportunities. One has to pursue his career in law upon his own merits. There are various arenas in law-one can go for judiciary as well as choose to be a solicitor in a firm.
