Work experience is an important factor that FMS Delhi considers when evaluating candidates for its MBA programme. While the institute does not have a minimum work experience requirement, candidates with relevant work experience are preferred. The selection process includes an evaluation of the candidate's leadership potential, which is often demonstrated through their work experience. FMS Delhi believes that work experience enhances the learning experience of MBA students and enables them to better understand the practical aspects of management. However, candidates without work experience are also considered if they demonstrate exceptional academic and leadership potential.
