According to a Survey by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) in 2020, there has been a 5% rise (from 76% in 2019 to 81% in 2020) amongst Indian students, who prefer to pursue MBA courses abroad. The inquiries and enrolment of Indian Students in the top Global B school have increased by 35% in 2020, even during the pandemic as per the Economic Times. The top countries that the Indian candidates prefer for the MBA Abroad programme are USA, UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. MBA Abroad admissions are conducted on GMAT scores and performance in language proficiency tests such as TOEFL and IELTS. A Bachelor's degree with 50% marks in business or a related field from a recognised university and a work experience of 3 to 5 years is required to pursue MBA Abroad.

Yes, you can get into FMS Delhi provided you score 99.5+ percentile in CAT.Your academics are fine and having no experience doesn't matter much as FMS gives no weightage to work experience.

Maybe yes, or not because it's depends on the FMS that you want to choose, because you got less marks in your B.A. And that's a distance degree also.
