Hello,
Yes, FMS has its MBA program which include finance as one of its specialization. One has to score preferably 99 percentile at least to get an interview call from FMS. The tuition fees is only rupees 20,960.

Yes, you should take admission in MBA on paid seat, honestly it doesn't matter whether you're from regular seat or the paid one. Overall, IM-BHU is far better than MNNIT don't keep fee as a barrier, choose that.
