Hey,
Yes, you do have a good chance to get into FMS Delhi. However, it is not just the marks, but overall background matters too here. So relax and hope for the best. Till then, prepare well.
All the best.

For Indian citizens, FMS accepts admission only through CAT exam. There are limited seats for foreign students, which accepts GMAT.

Let me start with the well known USP of FMS Delhi compared to any B-School: Best B-Schools in terms of Return On Investment. You will hardly spend Approximately Rs. 5Lakhs for complete 2 years compared to approximately Rs. 30Lakhs which is being spent by IIIM ABC students and you can earn more than in 2 years of life from internships and corporate competitions, so in net you will be earning in 2 years rather than spending alike in another B-Schools. Typical 2 years fees structure Breakdown:
1. Rs.22,000 - Academic fees
2. Rs.1,00,000 - Administration fees
3. Monthly Expenditure for staying- Rs.18,000 ( Rs. 12,000 for rent + food + Extra Allowances) - You can save this component by staying in hostel
FMS Delhi has the batch size of just 220 members, so you will experience fierce competition from students and in placements process will happen smoothly compared to other B-Schools, where batch size is nearly 400+ students. This average package for summer placements was around Rs.1,04,000 per month. But I am not claiming it is the best B-School in India, because as the fees is low you will miss out some infra structure facilities such as access to Bloomberg Terminal, Harvard Business Review case studies, playing grounds, Under graduation hostel life etc. Even though these are not readily available in FMS Delhi, as an when required we take help from other B-Schools in India, which indirectly helps you to grow your network :). So in general most of the people think FMS Delhi after IIM ABC which is true in overall scale. Accessibility: FMS Delhi lies in heart of the Delhi, so it hardly takes 1 hr from airport, 15 minds from New Delhi Railway station and you can reach any part of Delhi through near by metro station: Viswavidyalaya (1 Km from College).

Chances of converting is high, but you need to perform well in GD, PI and extempore. These will be deciding factors not only in FMS-Delhi, but also in other IIM conversions.

I think, GD depends on your knowledge, about the topic, the facts which you are presenting and the proper way to present it. How you listen to other group members and you are not in hurry, giving a decent chance to other members also. If it is an abstract topic and something that which you don't know about, you should wait for others to speak and then try to find different point.

If you get a good percentile in CAT, near about 90+ then you can make for it even top colleges and then they don't care for other marks. So, prepare hard for it and give your best.
