If you want to increase your chances then first target your CAT score at 99+, then improve your communication skills, keep practicing and work hard as the competition for FMS is fairly high

You can still get it, if you score well in CAT. You have to get more than 99 percentile in CAT. You have a better chance of getting an interview call.

No, FMS doesn't accept any score other than CAT.
