At present, 10th, 12th, grad marks do not have any weightage in selection criteria for MBA in FMS, until unless you are scoring atleast 50% in each of them. However, I cannot guarantee you about the selection criteria in 2019-20.

If money is a constraint, then FMS is the best solution for this problem. Though loans are easily available in the market on the name of IIMs. However, I do agree with your point that loans can be burdensome on you as well as your parents. Hence, if you are not willing to spend much money into MBA, then FMS is the college for you.

Send photocopy of all your gradesheets so far along with bonafide certificate stating you are in final year. Attach this with an undertaking that you are in your final year and dont have a degree yet so requesting to accept the same for now.

The cutoff for admission to MBA programme 2016 is composite score of 35.091 for SC category candidates. The Composite Score has been computed by giving weightage of 40%, 30%, and 30% to the scores of VRC, DI/LR, and QA Sections respectively as provided by the CAT Centre for the CAT 2015 Examination for candidates who registered with FMS. For example: Composite Score = ?(Score in Section * Weightage)/Max Marks for the Section
