In the pi round they can ask you questions from anywhere. Be it general knowledge, academics, economy, sports, etc. At times they tend to ask you the questions by picking up certain points from what you say. So its upto you, if smart enough you can drive your own PI.
The cutoff for admission to MBA programme 2016 is composite score of 59.430 for general category candidates. The Composite Score has been computed by giving weightage of 40%, 30%, and 30% to the scores of VRC, DI/LR, and QA Sections respectively as provided by the CAT Centre for the CAT 2015 Examination for candidates who registered with FMS. No it won't hurt your placements. You have nearly 3 years of work experience and that would help you to cover up your low academic scores. The companies will then focus on how well you did during these 3 years. Also, not all companies focus on academic scores.
