B.Tech at the University of Delhi Faculty of Technology is moderately priced. The cost for the first year with tuition and other charges ranges around INR 2,24,000. This can be paid through installments. Compared to a few institutions, it does seem pretty pricey, but when it comes to the university reputation and quality of education, it justifies. Other than that, students are equipped with different facilities and resources which enhance their learning experience. This makes it worthwhile for most of them.

The curriculum is rich: besides the core subjects in engineering, there are electives enforced with theoretical knowledge against practical abilities. In the year 2022, the median salary per annum for the graduating class was around INR 8 lakh, which again reflects the market demand. Admission is highly competitive with entry requirements of a minimum 60% in 10+2 in relevant subjects. The four-year program, therefore, would fetch around INR 4.32 Lacs as total tuition fee.
