If you belong to OC or EWS you can't get a CSE seat in GPRE college. If you have a reservation you can get it and you are applicable for the fee reimbursement program. 2019 last rank for CSE in GPRE for OC boys is 12316, for OC girls is 15771,

Obviously, you are eligible for B.Tech but not in EAMCET colleges. You can join in private universities like SRM, VIT, LPU, Manipal, etc. and you have so many private colleges also.
