It is a good college with best teachers with a large amount of patients.
Placements: MBBS offers good opportunities for employment. At internships, we get to learn a lot of skills using which we can get good jobs. We can open our own clinics after MBBS. During the internship’s period, government pays us a stipend of 30000 rupees. Overall it is a good course.
Infrastructure: Many books are available in the library to read. Labs are well-equipped with the latest equipments. Food is comparatively good in the mess. Canteen is also provided in our campus for the students to buy some extra food. Medical facilities are good in north Karnataka. Sports and events are organized in the campus.
Faculty: In our college, the teachers are highly qualified with postgraduate degrees. They are highly knowledgeable in their subjects. Course curriculum is relevantly easier and more practical oriented. It helps the students to learn everything during the MBBS course. Tests are regularly held in the college to make us prepared for the exams.
Other: My parents are doctors and so I was also interested to become a doctor. The best thing is that MBBS is a lifetime degree. Events are held regularly in the college. Scholarships are provided by the government to empower the students. Extra curricular activities are conducted for the students.

It provides good infrastructure, well-equipped hospital, good teachers, and ample patients.
Placements: It is a government medical college so placements are not good. Students have to work as an intern for a year, and then they can go for the rural service or continue to work as a resident. As an intern, students get Rs 30,000 per month and resident students will earn between Rs 40,000 per month - Rs 45,000 per month. Salary during rural service depends on the location of their duties, and it can vary between Rs 40,000 per month to Rs 60,000 per month.
Infrastructure: In this college, rooms are spacious, well-lit, and well-equipped. The only disadvantage is that students have to share a room with 2 students. Another drawback is that the library also gets full during exams. Classrooms are spacious and air-conditioned. There are 3 hospitals. All are equipped with facilities and many patients are available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in this college. It is a government hospital so the patient flow is not an issue, and students will get to see all the cases. Our course curriculum is prescribed by RGUHS, and semester exams are set by this university. The pass percentage is around 90%.
Other: Our campus life is good. This college is located in tourist hotspots, and students can plan great overnight trips.

    It's a good government college.
Placements: After completion of the course, we should write NEET PG. Most students get a good rank in NEET PG and can choose the college of their choice. You can choose any PG college across India. After 4 years, we have an internship for 1 year. After that, we may have rural service as well.
Infrastructure: There are 4 air-conditioned lecture halls for theory classes. All the departments have a lab with adequate facilities for practical purposes. There is no Wi-Fi. There is a college library and a reading room in the hostel. The girls' hostel is good. There are 6 floors, and around 3-4 people per room. The food available in the mess is of adequate quality, but there are doubts nearby about non-veg food.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They are dedicated to their profession. The teaching quality is good. The course is curriculum relevant, as per the new CBME curriculum. This ensures better education and exposure to future doctors. The semester exams are not very difficult. Reading Singi's questions is enough for passing. Around 90% of the students can pass these exams.

It is a good college, and I would recommend students to take admission in it.
Placements: There are 150 seats per batch, and around 15% of those seats are reserved for All India Quota students. In the first year of this course, students will have to pay around Rs 75,000 as college fees, and around Rs 10,000 as hostel fees. The course is around 5.5 years long, including 1 year of internships. After internships, students will have to do 1 year of rural service. Students can prepare for their their NEET PG exams during this time. This is a good college.
Infrastructure: Students have around 5 air-conditioner lecture rooms for teaching, an amphitheater and a stadium for cultural activities, a library for studying, and good laboratories as well. The hostel is in good condition as compared to other government hostels. The mess food is average. Sports and other cultural activities are taken very seriously in this college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Most teachers are very good and understanding. They respect students' time, and most students get a good rank in PG. This college prepares students' well for university exams. Most students pass their exams. Teachers are interested in teaching students. In the first year, attendance is not very strict.
Other: I chose this course after getting a good rank in NEET-UG. I wish students get more flexible working hours. Due to covid, most events are currently put on hold, but slowly, they are starting to resume most activities again. Final year is tough, and internships are also tough. This college is very supportive for students. The seniors are friendly, and the hospital is clean. Gadag district is isolated and not as developed as the neighbouring Hubli district. Students can get basic facilities, and decent food. For entertainment and quality non-vegetarian, students can always go to Hubli, which is 1.5 hours away by bus. Students can also travel from Gadag or Hubli railway station, or from Hubli domestic airport.

The college has a really good hostel and building.
Placements: The first batch joined the college in 2015. Now, they are in the final year. They will get internships next year. Almost 90% of the students are clearing the exams. There is no proper information about stipend yet, we will come to know about it next year.
Infrastructure: There are four seminar halls in the college. One of the seminar halls is air-conditioned with a well-equipped sound system. There is a volleyball ground which is very good compared to cricket and football ground. Quality of food served in the canteen is good. Labs are good. Hostel rooms are superb. The first batch faced some issues regarding the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are qualified, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is good. Some teachers use the board, and some use powerpoint presentations to teach. Teachers are very eager to teach. Now, UG is developing. Recently, some PG courses are sanctioned to offer in the college.
Other: The college organises a national level fest named Goonj every year. The campus crowd has increased. There is a lack of a bank and ATM on the campus. There is only one shop on the campus, i.e., Nandini Milk Parlour. The campus is on the side of the mountain which has a windmill. The view of college is awesome.
