Apply for UPSEE exam and sit for counseling. Fill up colleges as per your rank. Wait for result and at end you will be enrolled in some UPTU affiliated college. For other universities apply admission online through their websites.

There is possibility that you get seat in GCET through JEE-mains but it depends which branch you are applying for. If its CS, ME, then its tough but if its EI IC then you can get easily.
