You cannot get computer science engineering with 109798 rank in JEE Mains, even after applying OBC category. Go for private colleges, you can get computer science easily there. Private colleges of West Bengal, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujrat

It depends on the category, which you belongs to. If you are from SC category, then you will surely get it, but if you from general category, then you won't be able to get it.
