I am satisfied with the college and learning.

Placements: I am happy with the placements and also with the internships. I want to pursue my career in Human resource department. I got internship in HR related company, even it is a startup company, the work which was assigned was very nice. I learned a lot form that internship.

I am satisfied with the college.

Placements: I am satisfied with the placements. We are provided with internships. They try to provide all of them. We can even join on our internships outside. And that is up to us. Most of them are startups, people who want to pursue career in marketing. It is good for them. We got placements for other departments too but compared to marketing and business development, they are low.

It is a good college, but the fee is high.

Placements: About 80% of students got placed in well-reputed companies. The hiring process was good, and the placements are above expectations. Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Bisleri, etc., came to the campus with higher packages, and students were very happy about the placements conducted by our college.

Review of GITAM Institute of Management, Visakhapatnam.

Placements: Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Airtel, Aditya Birla Group, Nestle, Deloitte, Invesco, Federal Bank, Global Data, Accenture, Mondelez International, etc. Most of the roles offered are in the area of sales and marketing regardless of specialisations. Finance, operations, HR and IT roles are also offered to deserving candidates. Almost 90% to 95% of the students got internships from the institute in Amazon, Money Roller, ITC, ICICI, Berger Paints, etc.

I am satisfied with this college, but there is no proper transport facility.

Placements: About 80% of the students from our course got placed. The lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. A top recruiting company of our course is Byju's. About 50% of the students form our course got an internship. Placement officer was not good like students are paying more than 5 LPA, but it is not that worth for it. Mostly the college focuses on subjects, but not in the skills. Most often, people are here to gain CGPA, which was not needed in the futu...

Honest review about my B-school and the suggestions they should implement.

Placements: The placement was good, I should say decent it was more focused on sales rather than finance. The percentage was approx. 90%. The packages offered range from 3-8 LPA. The college also provides internships and if you have the option on your own then go for it.

GSIB: A gateway to opportunities and learning.

Placements: The placements are upto the mark in our institute and all the eligible candidates get placed in good companies. The placement cell also helps in facilitating internships for the students of first year in reputed organisation. The placement cell supports the students even after their course is completed till they land into any job.

Satisfied with placements, faculty, and infrastructure. On a scale of 10 points, I could rate 7.5.

Placements: The placements for my seniors batch was good. As far as, now 35% students got placed. The highest salary offered was 8.25 lacs per annum, and the lowest was 5 lacs per annum. The average lies in the range of 6 - 6.25 lacs per annum. The placement cell exists in the college, and it plays a very vital role in getting the placements. In the 2017 passed out batch, all students were placed except very few, who opted for entrepreneurship. The companies like Nestle, Deloitte, CCD, Byju's, Amul, Arvind,...
