So, on that basis, the scope for telecom professionals is good and, when there is good scope, it means the job opportunities are also growing rapidly in this sector. Those who provide customer assistance services fetch something between Rs 2.5-3 lakhs per annum. Experienced professionals can get around Rs 8-12 lakhs per annum.
