YES. AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE some of my friends got totally on second merit list and I don't think so that they paid deposit amount. any way ALL THE BEST

The probability of people from second list getting selected totally depends upon the number of people above them taking or vacating the seat.So, if many people leave from first list and it gets exhausted, then yes, those people have a good cha

The minimum cut off for cat still stands around 90%ile. your performance might not qualify after assessment. Also, If you haven't received the letter yet then you are not selected for the process ahead.
